    Prior to Cursor Marketing, John was the Vice President of Publisher Sales and Internet Traffic Quality for the Web Content Group of Adknowledge, Inc.—the largest independent advertiser marketplace that connects advertisers with consumers across multiple channels, including social, email and web content. During his tenure with Adknowledge, he helped lead the turnaround of the Web Content group. His ideas literally generated millions of dollars of additional EBITDA on an annualized basis.

(NASDAQ: MIVA) through March 2009 until its media division was sold to Adknowledge. John worked for MIVA's predecessor—FindWhat.com (NASDAQ: FWHT)—as a consultant at its inception and officially joined the company in 2001. John helped to launch and grow this online performance-based marketing company from a start-up to operating businesses on three continents in nine languages with offices in seven countries and over five hundred employees at its peak. As VP of Operations, John managed approximately 150 people and created many departments, processes and products to grow & build the company.

    From 1992 to 1999, John specialized in raising funds for companies via private placements and public offerings (including Rainforest Cafe, Famous Daves BBQ, Image Sensing Systems, ShuffleMaster, etc.) and served on the Board of Directors of various companies. These initiatives encompassed writing private placement memorandum(s), creating internal processes/procedures and assisting in the launch of these company's products or services.
